The Chinese Benevolent Association (CBA) and CCSS are excited to provide an opportunity to win a new 16GB White iPad2 in our fundraising raffle! Tickets are $20 each and the proceeds will be used to help fund the upcoming 10th Anniversary of the Chinese New Year Parade and Festival in Stockton.
