• Gladys Ikeda

The 2011 Citizen of the Year, Gladys Lee Ikeda, is a youthful and busy member of the Stockton community. She is currently serving her third term on the San Joaquin County Civil Service Commission; Vice President of the Stockton Oak Park Women's Tennis Club; tour coordinator for Friends of the Fox/Bob Hope Theatre; and a member of many other community organizations. Her resume is an extensive example of her interest in politics, fair practices, and helping to voice the concerns of the common man. Gladys will be formally acknowledged at the upcoming CCSS Spring Banquet, which is in the planning stages.
