Dr. Teresa Chen, is this year Chinese Citizen of the Year The citizen of the year, known to everyone as Teresa, was selected for her involvement CCSS programs & projects and those of Jene Wah, the Chinese senior service agency, her volunteerism as a language interpreter, her activism in promoting health education in the community and host of other activities. Together with her husband, Dr. Anthony Yi-Po Wu, Teresa founded the Pacific Complementary Medicine Center and pioneered in Stockton a successful program to treat drug offenders.
